I just ate bananas!

Early this evening i ate banana while reading a mens health journal. Then an article about the fruit I ate catch my attention. Imagine bananas contain three essential sugars namely sucrose, fructose, and glucose, which will combine to fiber to create a boosting energy to your body. Two bananas is equivalent to a 90-minute strenuous workout at the gym! no wonder athletes love to peel bananas.After reading the said issue I ate another one banana to make it two. Then another one! I can feel how my ATP's respond. I can feel the energy it's giving me to sustain writing something here in mylot. want some bananas?

I didn't know all those stuff you mentioned earlier! I was a bit shocked because the fruit that really gives energy for us is actually bananas! And I was able to eat one just now too! It seems to me that bananas really do have special powers! I'm starting to love bananas already, thank you for the information!

Eating banana is good for people who work out. It contains potassium which i think prevents over production of lactic acid in your body to prevent you from cramps. I usually eat banana 15-30min before my workout, it gives me energy and prevents my muscle from cramps.

I used to ignore bananas but after I discovered the wonders of bananas, I became a banana addict. I have learned to love it and eat a lot of it. It is my daily breakfast and snack too. It has been doing wonders on my body so I want people to learn the wonders of bananas too.

Halu njamoroso, banana is a wonderful source of prebiotics(also known as fermentable fiber),helps in prevention of many stomach related issues as well as boosting the immune system.and it is also good for the luck or loose of potassium,yes i experienced loose of potassium in my body when i was suffered LBM,and i ate much banana. banana is very helpful.. thanks GOD BLESS
