My paypal account limited

Hiee Guys i have a problem with my paypal account.. My paypal account is limited and to restore i am stuck at the stage of adding credit or debit card. I had verified my paypal account with bank account during the startup of my paypal account. Due to some mistake of my account transaction my paypal account is limited. Now when my account is limited i cannot even add debit or credit card and in the resolution center it says to confirm debit or credit card which i havent yet added any.. please guys help me on this issue i tried emailing them but no appropriate answers... i tried to call there is no proper response and i dont know the procedure please help me guys....
