A question to all those who love eating about getting full.

I've been thinking about this for a while.
They said that "The faster you eat, the faster you will get full" and vice versa which is obviously true because the amount of food we take in at the same time is not equal.
However, let's say we are eating the same amount of food. For example, a bowl of rice.
Just because we eat that bowl of rice extremely fast and get full right after one bowl, does eating that same bowl but at a much slower pace make you full at well or does it not?
Because if by eating slower , even thought you eat the same amount of food, will not get full like when you eat fast, I can exploit this possible trick in timed buffets.
There have been so many time where I just stuff myself within the 1 hour 30 mins alloted time and gotten myself full within the first 50 minutes, leaving me thinking "Did I eat enough so that is it worth my money?"

So by eating slower, you will get full faster?
I'm also wondering about the digesting part. The body is constantly digesting the food we eat, right?
Let's say our stomach can fill up to 10 points
by eating slowly, you fill up 2 points every 10 minutes
our body digest 1 points every 10 minutes.
Because of this, we can theorotically eat up to around 90 minutes or so before we felt full, right?
On the other hand, if we eat really fast and fill up 4 points everyone 10 minutes, we will only get to eat for around 30 minutes only.
Our body work like that, yes or no? If no, then scratch my theories and throw it down the drain.

I have always been told that it is healthier to eat slowly if you want to have a good digestion. But besides that, I take pleasure in eating and I prefer to eat slowly so that my taste buds can taste the different flavours. I don´t ask myself about money but whether I´m happy with my food.

You are right! If you eat faster, you also get full easily. The tendency of eating faster is that you chew your food faster which means there are bigger chucks of food swallowed into your stomach. The bigger the chucks are, the easier you're gonna get hungry too cause your stomach will secrete more enzymes and acid.
