Hello great and a warm welcome to myLot.
If it is not something you can change, ie.. a boss and or workload responsibilities it maybe wise to silently search for a new job. Always best to look for a job while you have one and not leave it without one.
Try and discuss with your supervisor, if he is not the problem as to which the frustrations are bothering you. If you get no where with your supervisor then the higher position authority may be the next step. However, keep in mind that your frustrations should not be personal issues because then you will be at risk of being a troubled employee and not taken seriously.
At any rate best of luck to you and welcome aboard!

yes i simply agree with harworkinggurl if there is something you can't do . then you can atleast address the issue to higher authorities and if still things remain the same and they mantain the silent and then its better to search for the new job .

We can remove office frustration by taking walk with our friend and having ice cream or anything you like to eat. or you can go disc and dance to their beats, you can go to sleep that can relieve you from stress and then take a bath that surely help .
or make your favorite dish at home .or the best you can do is to watch your favorite serial or play sport and do Yoga or running
or you can sit with the person who passes laughing comment a lot .
I hope these points will be helpful to you.
or can change office frustration to your improvements and commit yourself that at no cost i will not let repeat it to me
