I was wondering if anyone has heard of catnip tea? I have a newborn and have been told that when she breaks out with baby acne that I should give her catnip tea, is this true. If so, how much should she get and for how long?

catnip is an herb and belongs to mint family. It has sedative effect on humans.It is used to drink as a tea.
