are you good listener for your kid?

often we see children do not talk much and prefer to remain silent at any place... sometimes they do not speak out at places where they are required to give out an opinion... after sometime they get bullied by the smarter ones..
i feel that all that occurs because parents either do not listen to there kids or suppress them when they when they talk ...
what do you think ?

Yes i am a good listener to my kid. listening to my kid is most important for better communication between me and my kid. Often I used to interact with my kids and try to understand their emotions and feelings and also try to complete their essential needs.
