Bad thoughts pollute the mind, which pollute and contaminate words and actions, causing ill-health, more vicious thoughts about violence, consuming non-vegetarian food, smoking tobacco, and taking addictive and unnecessary drugs. Such negative thoughts harm physical body, and cause various disorders and malfunctioning of body organs.

Well I don't believe in that silly thing about eating meat but I do agree that being to pessimistic can effect your health. I remember when I was depressed that I got sick alot more often.

I so dislike bad thoughts... It would manifest on your face, it gives you wrinkles, makes you ugly; it manifests on the emotions and makes one pathetic. I dont like being around people who are pessimistic. Bad thoughts just like good thoughts are contagious. And if anyone with bad thoughts is near me, i just hope that i have enough positivity to shoo off his bad spirits.

It's probably true that many disorders may occur on a persons body because of bad thoughts or more likely stressful thoughts.. "bad thoughts in mind" = "bad actions and decisions". :)

Having bad thoughts in your mind and body manifest to your personality to some reason you might be branded as bad boy or bad girl. So I say guard your thoughts and try to think positively.

Bad thoughts also effect your social health. It plagues the mind of false paranoia, making you thin that every people is evil in a way. It hinders you from ever having a positive connection with somebody else, hindering you from growing to be a holistic person. Bad thoughts is like a chronic disease. The treatment is a slow change of your own perspective in the world. Often times there would be remissions, but as long as you take your daily dose of positiveness, the bad thoughts would eventually fade away. Bad thoughts are just thoughts, they are not there if you do not think about them.
