Have you tried to smile under the water?

Do you have a picture of smiling under the water? how do you do that? What is the feeling?
I'm about to try it but then I can't still make it. I can only do that for seconds but after that I can't make it because of the water that will go through your mouth.

LOL nice thinking, i am swimming almost every day, but i never tried smiling under water, i think it ain't so hard.. You can try blowing very small bubbles so water will not enter your mouth. I will try it next time that i will be at the pool :)

Hi Yoni. Do you remember me? I once started a post asking if one is too old to learn how to swim. You replied that no one is too old to learn how to swim. I was sooooo glad then. Two months ago, i enrolled myself in swimming class and now i am soooooo glad that i can swim. Thank you so much for your encouragement! Mwah!

Wow i am so happy to hear that, i am so glad that you didn't give up and now you can swim, it is very healthy by the way, but the normal swim and not the sporty swim.
I heard that Free style crawl is the most healthy and than back crawl, chest crawl and butterfly is the worst..

I have a picture smiling under water, it was tricky but after many attempts I succeeded...just let the water into your mouth but don't swallow it, yeah, it's kinda disgusting but hey! it's for the sake of art...or is it?1 person likes this
