Last Valentines Day, I made my self busy to forget that it is the day for lovers, hearts day. But really I miss those Valentines I spend with my ex-girlfriend. Those happy moments that we share during our anniversary and as well as valentines. How about you? How did you spend your valentines as a single??

With my family, of course :) they're the best and it was a blast! It was probably because I did not spent a single cent haha! but I did got annoyed when all I could receive messages from my friends self-pitying themselves having no partner that valentine season.. too bad they never had the time to realize that you can enjoy valentine's day in different more ways than one :)

I haven't been single for Valentine's Day in a very long time as I have been with my husband for 19 years now and married for 16 of them. I did have some years before that, being single, and all alone and I hated it. I was lonely and cried sometimes on that day because I did not have anyone to share it with.

Well, right now I'm not single, but 2 years ago I was single on Valentines Day. I didn't really care all that much, it was just another day for me. I guess it's just because most of my friends were single as well, and I had never really had a boyfriend so I didn't really know what I was missing. I think if my boyfriend and I were to break-up, I would feel quite lonely on Valentine's Day. But not just on that day, on other occasions as well.

Well, Valentines Day is not a holiday. I still have to go to work. So, I guess it is business as usual for me. I don't know about the other single guys, but I feel kind of comfortable about it. May be I am not a romantic guy? I am happy that I don't have to decide what kind of flowers to send, what gift to buy, which place to dine and what need to be said. Those are the pressure, (or is it pleasure? lol) I find some of my friends have during Valentines Day season.
