being humbel is always good or not

There's a fine line between being humble, and being humble to the extent that you're completely taken advantage of. In the former case, then being humble is definitely a good thing, in the latter case it isn't. Also, why is a person humble? If It's just part of their nature, then again, that's a positive thing, but if someone is being forced to act that way (e.g. under threat of violence) it certainly is not. I would also class people who are extremely humble and altruistic to the point where their care for others outweighs their care for themselves in this latter category, because by neglecting yourself, you then can't help others to the best of your ability.

It depends on the situation. You have to look at the reason at why you're being humble. If you are being humble so that the person won't feel down and you feel happy from it, then that is when acting humbly is great. However, if the person you acted humble toward to is taking advantage of it, say a guy is hitting you for no reason and you're being humble by not hitting them back, that is when acting humbly is the same as acting like a fool, which is bad.

you mean humble? its a good thing, but some selfish or mean people seem to take advantage of such down to earth people.
