Does anyone make and sell things like cakes, cookies, muffins, and things of the same nature? Where do you sell them? Do you need a food license to sell them?
I make fudge and cookies for xmas gifts, and was thinking of making them to sell.
Any advice?

My mother in law does, she makes baking for people and get paid by doing that; I think it's because she didn't make it like a big deal, she just does it for her colleagues, friends etc so she didn't actually get a license for that. Besides, she does sewing as well for making money, I think it is a good way of making some extra money. I don't know how much she makes though, never asked.

Yeah thats a good idea. Thats how I was thinking of starting out, just making for people I know, and go by word of mouth.
My mum does sewing for other people, she makes herself just a little bit of pocket money by doing it.
