Maybe if our money is as big as a book, everyone who steals can be stopped...haha

hahaha.just a thought of it makes me laugh. Maybe if all of us do guard our things and won't do something that would invite them to steal, then I guess no one will steal.

There's 2 easy way to prevent this for me.
1. Do not give them a chance to steal. By not giving them a chance, they won't bother trying to steal. When they know they will get nowhere with this high risk low reward kind of action, they will stop later on.
So to prevent them from stealing, take good care of your stuffs first. If everyone does this, you won't see people running around shouting "Have you seen my bag/wallet?"
2. Fear. In the past, the amount of thieves is ridiculously low because they have stealing has a really big punishment. Just for stealing you can get your hand chopped off in prison. Now, they only sit in prison for awhile and that's that! If we still have that kind of rule, we won't really see anyone stealing because fear will easily control anyone heart. Too bad this one is just too cruel and the world probably won't accept it.

Oh yes, it is cruel but everybody deserves a second chance. I think a few strokes of whipping would be enough rather than making one lose his hand.
On the other hand, if everyone were to be careful in keeping their money safely, then stealing would not happen, right?
