Would you consider yourself overweight, underweight, or just about right?

I am a bit overweight, fighting it. Until a few years ago I was about 10 pounds underweight, now I am about 25-30 over. My metabolism slowed down on me and it is really difficult to goodse it back up. How about you, are you carrying a few extra pounds, need to gain a few, or are you at a good healthy weight for you?

like you, i was a bit underweight especially in my younger years until i was about to graduate in college.. however, as my metabolism seems to slow down, i started gaining more weight.. right now, i am just within the normal weight in relation to my height.. i am now trying to watch my diet and the way i eat inorder that i will not be overweight.. :)

I definitely think that I am underweight. I keep trying to gain weight, but I have the hardest time gaining it. It's just like my body has never liked gaining any kind of weight. There was one time I was at a weight that I was happy with, and soon after I just lost it. It's just like my body does not like gaining any kind of weight. I have to admit that it is frustrating.

I consider myself plus size but I love my body! Of course I have things I want to change but I will always love myself in this state. I never want to be underweight but average might be ok.

I also consider myself overweight. I see those skiny girls and I wish I were as thin as them...but I know that i could never be like that cuz I have big bones. I'm fightinh to lose some kilos ...hope I'll manage to do it in the end

i think that iam just a little bit underweight not that much i have decided to gain these kilos in muscle mass so i am hitting the GYM every other day its been like 6 weeks now and i can see the difference showing its really cool . also its not THAT hard to lose wight just keep working on it you know why people don't lose wight . because they tend to get bored so soon that they just give up so you shouldn't
i know lots of people who were Really overweight and managed to lower it and keep it under control
