Being too much of anything is not good. I know some people that are too nice, too giving and it saddens me sometimes that they are like that because they lose everything because they always think of others first. Some people are even taking advantage of their kindness and abuse it.

I couldn't agree with you more! A few of my friends are a lot like this. They give and when it comes time to be strong and aggresive and take what they know is their's in the end it is all pulled from beneath them... Only advice I can see mattering "is every so often thinking of me matters!!!" all of us should think this way once in a while. just once in a while though... a lot are extreme on the selfish side too!!

I agree with you, as people comes to know that you are kind they try to exploit you.

Sigh, unfortunately, people who go all the way to be nice to people get taken advantage of. I am a really nice person ever since I was a kid. But as time went by, it's annoying that I think of other people and what they give in return is taking advantage and being a pain in the bottom. Keeping this in mind, I am still nice to other people but I will fight for my right if anyone tries to take advantage in any way. I feel that I've become more "evil" but I know I need to be more tough because people can just be too much. This world is just full of selfish people and there's only a few left who are kind hearted.

I agree with you, too much of any thing is bad, this is also true for our behavior to others, we should not be too good and not at all bad in our deals..
the world is getting more bad persons these days lol.
Thanks for sharing
Happy posting, cheers.

I know people that do so much for others they can't even do for themselves. A lady I work with supports her son and his family when those young people should be working and taking care of themselves. Some people will keep demanding more and more from those they're taking advantage of.
