With all the parity in the NBA, this years playoffs look to be an exciting thing to watch. The Spurs and Lakers lost their first game, the Bulls albeit up 2-0 have sweated out two victories at home against the Pacers, and the Mavs-Blazers series looks to like its going to be a long one. Who do you think will take it this year?

Well i think it is much too early to say who will be the champion this year. But i am a little bit excited on how close these games are closing.

Ya. At this point its a toss up. The Lakers are definitely not playing well at this point and if they dont step it up they will be out quick. The spurs although they had the second highest league wins, are not the same Spurs as they were before. Chicago (although Im a bulls fan) is transitioning from a spoiler to contender and I think they need a little bit more experience before they can be a legitimate contender. Im thinking maybe Miami or Boston. But who knows right?

much to early but as a celts fan i want them to win but if a noncontender won it like nuggets or chicago, then i will feel better.

I think it will be the Bulls. Their coach is doing a magnificent job. Derrick Rose has become a good leader and mdel for the team with a winner's mentality and unselfishness. He has a good supporting cast in Deng, Boozer, Noah and their role players that play their part well. Korver is like a Kerr and a Paxson for them, CJ Watson like a BJ Armstrong and the rest of the team are good defensive players. They really remind me of Jordan's Bulls.

Ya, I agree. Although i think the bulls need one more key player to help Rose out in order to win a Championship. Boozer hasnt played that great as of late and needs to step up. Deng is the only player besides Rose who is consistent offensively in the starting lineup. Rose has carried this team all year but playoffs are different. As you progress, competition is greater and teams find ways to slow you down offensively.

Some very close games this year. I'm a Lakers fan but if they want to get out of the first round they need Pau to play like the All Star he is...I'm hoping for a LA-Miami finals.
