Learning from failures and mistake involves careful thinking. One useful course of action is to first look at what happened, make any improvements that you can, and finally decide how to change your action or approach in the future.

I have to agree with that. Even though it is short, it is somehow brief and concise. It is definitely difficult to accept such things, but the fact that it is a natural occurrence, we cannot do anything. We have to accept the fact that we failed and we have to learn to accept it and stand back on our ground! Even it's too hard already for us. Thank you for posting your thought! Discussions like these uplifts me even more.

I have learned a lot from mylot since i signup, i learned to discussed from new friend even they are not in our friends list.
Even we had made little mistakes we have to consider it that also. Little mistakes can grow up big mistakes that is why when we made mistake we have to make decisions or actions that will not make that little mistake into bigger one

Mistakes in life is inevitable specially if you had done it once. But we had given the capacity of learning so that we can avoid it again, and not doing it, over and over again.
So little mistakes can lead as to a more worse mistake in life, and that's really a challenge to us. A challenge to avoid making such big mistake that will make our life miserable.

Exactly, take time to ponder things. Start from how did you plan it and the actions done after. Critical self-evaluation is needed every after plans may it be successful or failure. That's how I do it!

Yes, absolutly true! The reason why people have made so many advancements in the world is through trial and error and mistakes. We possibly wouldn't be where we are today if it wasn't for those mistakes.

Those mistakes make us stronger if we are all the time positive in all what we think and we take those mistakes into positive realizations.

Experience is the perfect description of that one. Every failure result to learning, specially in life. And that what we called experience. That makes person mature in some ways that maybe even her/himself didn't notice. Us we grow older, many failure in life make us to be mature. And that's life.

I always try to assess my mistakes. I try not to repeat them. Unfortunately I repeat the same mistakes. I think I don't have self confidence and my fear of doing mistakes will always haunt me. Making improvements is no in my dictionary. I will get rid of my mistakes without my conscience. It goes away with time.

We learn from our mistakes, so goes the saying.
True, because when we commit mistakes we tend to evaluate what went wrong. From the wrong aspects we try to think of what could have been done so as to correct it, so next time there will be no more room for errors.
