What Anime are you watching this year?

It is now 2011 and I have been watching Naruto for about 5 years now. I love Naruto and how he matured in both anime and manga versions. However, I really get bored easily by the increasing number of filler pieces that they put into the Anime. The worse part is that every filler episode is a flashback of when Naruto was still young that only confuses the watchers, with new characters and powers. I just want to ask you mylotters what are your new anime this year? I want an anime not as long as naruto by the way. I think that with the trend of the show, It will outlive me someday. I would like to watch 12-50 episodes of Anime only. Other anime episodes that I watched this year were: Code Geass Occult Academy Monster Vampire Knight Fairy Tail

well I usually get recommended some new animes to watch in the internet. But most of the times i usually watch anime channels and if i liked it, i might watch/download it in the net. I have one anime that is a little bit for adults but the story is about zombies and i am generally a fan of that genre.

There are are number of short anime I can recommend, but your choice would depend on the genre I guess. Action/adventure - Durarara, Baccano, Gundam 00, Gurren Lagann, Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood (okay, maybe not so short, but it's worth it) Slice of Life - Honey & Clover (both seasons), Hanasaku Iroha There are other shows that are popular, but aren't my genre. I've watched them but wasn't too impressed with how their stories were handled. But the animation was good. -Toaru Majutsu no Index, Toaru Kagaku no Railgun, ToraDora, Soul Eater I can't think of anymore at the moment, but those would be the ones I'd recommend first.
