It is seen that most of the martial experts like Bruce Lee, Jackie Chan, Jet Lee, so on are from Asia. But in Hollywood action heroes like Silvester Stallon, Arnold Scwchegger, Bruce Wills, so on uses much of muscle power and weapons. May be in Hollywood technical side is much better than those of Asian movies. But both have action movies with their own remarkable contributions. The traditional martial arts are mostly seen in Asian martial arts movies.

Personally, I prefer anything that has fighting in it...better in asian movies...I don't know it just looks better.

People in Hollywood also learn fighting to perform their scenes so what ever you see in movies are all come from the basic art knowledge whether its martial art or kick boxing or a street fight.. :)

I come from China, so actually I don't think that the Asian martial arts are so special because it also depends on the special effect. And some still depends on the actors, but it is very risky for them. I don't really pay attention to the martial arts and I care about the story line much more.
I love China

Im more of Asian martial arts than Hollywood , with me , its more authentic , the best Asian Martial Arts flim ive seen this year well , last year anyways was Ip Man , not even that Hollywood , it was just an all around great story , charactors , the over all feel was cool , now Ninja Assassin , ehh pretty much get your fighting fix ...at the end of the day is about the flim itself , if the director a great flim , to me it doesnt matter
