When you resigned from work, do you have to give something to your friends at work? Say, at least something for them as a remembrance? Is necessary or for to do so, or maybe just buy them some thing to eat on my last day? Im currently thinking of buying something that they can keep instead of food. So if it were you guys, what do you think should i opt for? Thanks in advance!

I haven't given any gifts to my former office mates from my resigned jobs. It is enough that i would contact them every now and then and get to meet them for updates on our lives. However, it's your call if you would like to give them something to always remember you by. In my opinion, it would be best if you could give them something they can put on their desk, where they can see it every time they are at the office.

Maybe. Well, if I'm going to resign and I can't assure that I'll be financially stable from then on, why would I give gifts? I may give "remembrance" but gifts are definitely out of the question.

Hi,I do agree with you that buying some special things is better ,if you want them to keep you in their mind.If one thing can remind them to bethink you ,that is the best option. For instance ,I gave a soccer fans scarf of a team we love both to my classmate in the time of graduation.
