That is the actually the best part of the pizza. Without that, I have to agree that I would throw or give it away. You need mozzarella cheese for pizzas. Whenever I eat pizzas, I have to make sure that I will eat the crust first before going to consume that wonderful slice of pizza. I am a pizza lover too! It could make me better each time I take a bite of it!

I agreeeeeee. Love mozarella so much, especially the Pizza Hut variety wherein they stuff the edges of the crust with mozarella cheese - YUMMY! And it is also not as salty as parmesan cheese, which is why I love it so much!

lol! I didnt know that mozzarella could bring delightful surprises cause the only thing it does to pizza, is the stretch in it. Aside from the flavor of course, its the only thing that it will do to pizza. I guess we all have different perceptions about simple things.

Yeah, pizza i love pizza. I like almost all varieties but my favorite is the stuffed crust ham and cheese pizza. I can finish half of the box. Lol!. Some friends told me that it is a good comfort food. Hmm im thinking to get some pizza today
