I saw tonight the Superclásico, and i think it was a great game! I think that managers should learn from this games, although there were no many goals..
At the begging it look like Real control the game and gonna kick Barsa as.., and Real almost score 2 goals but Barsa had luck.
But from the half time break Barsa enter the game with new powers and better tactic and play better than Real, and cause of Barsa great game from the end of the first half until the end of extra time, i think Barsa should won the Spanish royal crown..

I don't understand why you can't believe. Real Madrid beat Barcelona by playing a fantastic game. A good game combined with a good tactic and stratety brought the cup to Madrid.
However, the matches of Champions League will be different from these two matches. Champions League is completely different area and beating Barcelona in that arena is more difficult than it seems. If Real Madrid wants to win this game, they should make much more effort than previous match in cup.

I agree that Real come prepared to this game and that they play better than Barsa, but only on the first half!
After the break Barsa come with new powers and with a better Tactic..
But i can't believe Real won cause Barsa was the best team this year and when they play against real they even won 5 - 0 and really made a school for Real..
I agree with you that the next game will be different and i hope Barsa will show their real power this time :)

The game was very brutal at the beginning i thought the game will end with more Yellow cards.. And Murinho is a real soccer genius

The Mourinho magic is beginning to rub off on Real already. First they stopped the rot of losing 5 times in a row to Barcelona in El Classico by drawing in the league. And now they have taken one step further beating them in the extra time through Ronaldo. Now they will go in the Champions League semi final against Real full with confidence to see if they can knock them out of the CL.
Cheers!

Casillas has pulled off 2 magnificent saves and Ronaldo has scored with a header to beat Barcelona, who was slightly better in my opinion. I don't like Real at all and I wanted Barca to win, but it happened otherwise.

I think most people want Barsa to win, but Mourinho set a very good defense, Pepa almost mad a goal to but the crossbeam save Pinto from another goal..

Yes, i can hear my bf groaning away when he saw that real madrid won the match in extra time. According to me, it was quite boring game, as both teams are playing with caution, not to their usual pace. It's too long a match for two great teams with the score tied at nil nil at full time. My bf says, he would prefer the match to be won on penalty shoot outs, as it would be more exciting than to win on solitary goal in extra time.

Barca dominated most of the match, and in the second half of regular time Real's defence was under a lot of pressure, but this time they defended very well and managed to resist.I think it was very frustrating for Barca to loose a game they had controlled most of the time, but luckily no team is invincible in this wonderful game, although Barca plays close to perfection,it can still be defeated,at least by another giant of world football.Anyway, there are still two mega matches in the Champions League and I think we're really blessed this spring to watch 4 games at almost the highest level possible in football in just a few weeks.

I'm actually stunned, Barcelona were clear favourites but i respect the management skills of Jose mourinho he is one of the best coaches ever, despite his arrogance at times. Mourinho knows what he is doing, he is technical boss and he got all the tactics right for this game kept barcelona from even having a sniff at goal and he shown great tactic of counter attacking. Very good play and this result makes barcelona a beatable team although i still bid barcelona win both the CL and La liga but only time will tell.

I love very much Real. It's fun when Real won the Champions Cup, Champions league title after 18 year wait. Jose Mourinho's tactics so great.
Barcelona are proud of attacking football has been up to elevate his art, but at the Mestalla las night, the first "Art attack" bug that has completely overshadowed by an "art" other: Art arts defense!
