I am using onbux, like many others, there is no problem now, but the matter is that, when I want to to wihdraw money from them, the paypal button is disabled. They say that it will set right in the coming hours, but the problem remains for the past couple of days.
Is onbux decided to neglect the paypal?

To get credit to paypal account, our address proof to be submitted to Paypal and then the Paypal will remove limited access from our account. You may scan your address and upload in Paypal account. The problem may be due to that.

Hi there,
I was going to respond but noticed several have already responded the way I would have. Yes you will get your money but only if you have AlertPay. They have disabled the PayPal because their account with PayPal is limited. So probably best to create an AlertPay if you can.
Best of Luck.

eh! How is that possible?
Paypal can confirm mailing address when we add credit card information!
Which country are you from and which documents did you use?
I know mailing address can be easely confirmed through USA/CAN but my own canadian mail address is still not confirm even with a confirmed credit added!

They said it has been limited for I think 3 weeks now. Check out their proof of payment page and you will only see alertpay payments. Most of them are below $3. Sometimes you might see big payouts, but it is probably for moderator payments. I even see big paypal payments once in awhile!

It seems like Onbux has another account that it uses to pay the mods via Paypal. I've read a comment this week from a certain site saying that a member tried to file a Paypal dispute but got a message saying the "merchant can no longer be contacted" or something.

Actually, I don't think that paypal allows multiple accounts.
While we can add email address(es) on our account, this doesn't means multiple account as far I know!
In fact, I did tried in adding bank account in account, and there were alway a message something like "bank account already in use, select another one"
After contacting paypal, they told me I have another account and they even gave that email address domain name! While speaking with them, I then realize it was true and I asked to delete that dorment account and they removed it!
Therefore, it not possible use name bank account or credit card from certain paypal account to another! If Onbux has another paypal account, then they can become as fraud!

You encountered that error because you tried to use a bank account that is already linked to an existing Paypal account. You can however create more than one Paypal account provided that you link a different bank account or credit card to the other Paypal account. Another way is for you to login to the 1st account and delete the bank account that's linked to it, then, register that same bank account to the 2nd Paypal account.

Hi there,
I suggest that you should wait for them. I cash out from Onbux many times. They still pay via Paypal. And the payments are paid instantly.
