what's the hardest meal you have to cook?

The family christmas parties were always held at my place and it was a big day for me to plan the menu for almost 30 people each time. My cook did most of the heavy work but it is the planning I thought was the most arduous what with having to plan games, and other goodies! It used to be a 6 course menu,and the salad and desert were always done by me. I enjoyed decorating the salad.

I learned to cook when I got married. I brought cookbooks and downloaded recipes. The hardest meal would probably be traditional Filipino food "kare-kare" that I made from scratch. Nowadays, you can buy pre-mixes at the supermarket but they don't taste as good as homemade.

I am so grateful as I found there is no difficulties in cooking. Yeah it might be difficult to cook at first but if we are used to it they will be no recipes we could not do. It just the end result the tastes will determine whether we did a good job or not. As far as I know all recipes I have tried before are fine with me.There is no hardest meal as cooking is a easy process to be done but people always think it is hard to do the preparation of the ingredients and to wash the dishes after meals. That's the hardest part I think.

well the hardest meal that i ever had to do was an egyption meal that was saied to be amazing its name was "mahshy " i think its not complicated or anything its just takes so much time but at the end it turned out amazing
