"an apple a day keeps the doctor alway",is it really true? i think it is.You need to ingest the vitamins every day.so,it is important to eat vegetable or fruit in your meal.Do you think so?

The apple think isn't 100% true. But I am sure it contributes to all-around good health, and lowers one's frequency of doctor visits. Daily fruit intake is important for a high-quality, healthy lifestyle. Happy mylotting!

Of course its important! Its necessary to eat a balance diet everyday. Our body needs all the nutrition we can get from different food groups. As you said, an apple a day keeps the doctor away. But i dont like apples so I eat bananas instead.

for me yes ... beacause if u like to have diet also u can also eat only vegatable and fruits.. and this is what im doing and i lose weight this is really good and i agree
