Another babysitter shopping maniac case in Texas! A Texas father with love for shopping leaves special needs child alone and upon returning found child dead in bathtub (or so says father)! Father who carried child's body around for hours is thus far charged with only "intentionally or by omission causing serious bodily injury to his son, a first-degree felony."

Interesting to see how DA plays its hand on this case which is very similar to Ms. Tata's case. No manslaughter or even child abandonment charge on father --- yet.

It will be very interesting to see how this plays out. I find it hard to believe that he would leave his child in a bath tub to go shopping. It is beyond me how all our innocent children are just being killed by their parents, it seem every day you read a story. Makes me sick.
