Mull over yourself as fat head if you suppose that the latest technology can safeguard you from the man on a mission having a reaper of time in asserting dishonesty. Technology will just take a nosedive and worst, giving satisfaction to the ego of the defiant. I grieve for the old times when all you need is some sense of responsibility and respect as firewalls and not the complicated binary numbers to keep your business safe as houses. Don't get me wrong. I am for the latest technological advancements but not to the point of having it as a need to keep people that are as bent as a nine bob note, at arms length. It's a different story translated to the increasing numbers of people that can't be trusted on the job. I am totally dumbfounded on why some people continue to wag the dog when their future lies on it. So the next time you rely on information and communications technologies to enforce honesty at work, think twice. Maybe you just need enough honest people to get you out of nervous Nellie's shoes and sleep tight at night knowing that your business is managed honestly by the people who values your trust and confidence in them.
