Pasta salad

when I make pasta salad I any pasta I have in the cupboard, carrot, peppers, onion, then if I have it zucini, squash. Then if I have zesty Italin dressing I will use that if not then ranch dressing or oil and vinger
WHat are some other ideas I can use to change it up abit?
