Do the answers we are seeking lie within us?

All the answers we need to make choices lie within us. When a decision doesn't feel right, we usually have the sense that something is wrong, but we might rationalize our decisions away. If we pay attention to the feelings we get through our intuition, however, we will see that it is the hand of the universe, or our higher self, that guides us to make the right choices, and this information comes from deep within ourselves. Do you believe this?

this is way out of this world , so to be speak . But I didn't really test this and truth be told I might be making wrong decisions but I never considered a decision right/wrong - my intuition is very key as I feel I am always by myself and the answer is somewhere

Answers not only come from ourselves, they are found in those around us. We learn through the parameters of our lives and the people we interact with. A very wise old man once said. If you have a problem that you can't solve, ask enough people and you will find someone who has had that same problem before. They might just be carrying the answer. In short, we are not alone.

Hi Pose: I usually believe in this but I also think that when we have to take a decision and we are not sure about our options, maybe because is a new situation for you or when you feel confused it's good to talk to someone you can trust, listen his/her point of view and finally taking a decision by yourself.

I believe in what intuitions tell me at a certain moment, but I think the answers lie only partially in ourselves,we can't make the right decisions based only on our intuition,we need some knowledge of the world around us to help us in our decisions.Anyway,I agree that we also have to take a deep look into ourselves when we have to make choices.

We do have all the answers to every question, its just bringing the answer to a conscious level that presents the problem. Its best to take some time with the question, sleep on it, and the answer will come to you. Sometimes if its a moral Question you can get the answer via a feeling in your stomach. Your stomach will say, "No," in no uncertain terms, if you are tempted to wander from the straight and narrow!

i think that is true, there's no one else that can put the answer in our faces. We have to look inside ourselves and find the answer. The answers are inside us but we aren't looking carefully. I believe that the people who haven't found the way, don't want to find the answers because they are scared.

Yes and no. Sometimes I have thought things that were completely falsified later in my life. Still, when I just feel that a person is not genuine, I detach myself because it just doesn't feel right. Sometimes I have no evidence, but I just make the decision. There is no way that these people I moved away from were "bad" or not right.. so I'm not sure what really makes me feel that they are wrong for me.
There are many choices we have to make in life, and sometimes I think the result is more a game of chance.
Still, there is something called implicit intuition which is a concept from the psychologists.. it is a way of being able to make decisions based on intuition but it is something learned over time, sort of subconsciously(or unconsciously?). We have ways of learning things even though we don't know how we learned them.. and we can make predictions based on that unrealized understanding.

Hi sashakiddo, Although we all have intuition, only a few follow this inner knowledge. We should never judge another because they are living an experience that is necessary for them right now, but we need not make them a part of our lives. If later in life we see them as completely different from what we originally thought, one or usually both have changed and now both may benefit from being friends. People are not "good" and "bad" but just different. Blessings.

Yes, everybody has an intuition. However, due to stubbornness and other factors we tend to over ride those feelings because we'd like to believe other wise. An example is a dysfunctional relationship. Usually in that case one person gets the "short end of the stick" but decides to hang on to a seemingly hopeless relationship in hopes that things will get better and the other person will change. More often than not, things dont get better and in fact the relationship spirals into an ugly demise. The point is, in those situations we usually get certain feelings or premonitions before things happen. But as said above humans are a stubborn breed and we tend to ignore those inner feelings in hopes of change.
