I don't really know many authors that I like. I like vampire books. Like Sherrilyn kenyon, and Meg Cabot, Alex Flinn, JK Rowling. Can you suggest any good young adult or even teen authors that writ fantasy novels?

I don't know any young adult or teen authors. I just got finished reading the Twilight series. If you like vampire books and you haven't read those yet, I highly recommend them! I like to read but I've never came across a book that was so hard to put down. I read the second book in one day! It is so well written it had me wrapped up in what was going on. I felt like I was missing something if I took a break in reading to go make supper. I wish there were more than 4 of them.

I have already read Twilight too, just the first one though, Some of my friends got addicted to it and read the four books in just a few weeks. One of them said the only good one was the fourth book though, Breaking Dawn. I 'll check it out sometime.

Uhhh... has J.K. Rowling written any vampire books? Didn't think she had. lol I was certain that if she'd written anything new then it'd be plastered all over Barnes and Noble and I wouldn't be able to escape it. I do have some favorite YA authors though. Cinda Williams Chima and Suzanne Collins are two of my favorites. Don't know any vampire books since I avoid most vampire literature like it's the plague. Sorry. lol

Well, not everyone loves Vampire books. it would be nice if JK Rowling did write, even a vampire short story. I love her writings so much. Thanks for your suggestions, I'll check them out.

I know of no teen authors, but if you're into vampire novels, how come you failed to mention the ever popular Ann Rice, author of the Vampire Chronicles (Interview with the Vampire, The Witching Hour, The Vampire Lestat, the Vampire Armand, Merrick, etc.). Or better yet, read the original, by Bam Stoker.

Oh, I do know Anne Rice, I have read some of her novel too- but it was just too long for me and I found it slow at times.. She is a good writer and I love the way she describes vampires and her own legend about them, but i prefer lighter novels.
