Will leptin function be disrupted if I drink juice at night?

I've been trying to maintain proper weight for over two years now and I've noticed a pattern: when I drink juice at night I'm a little heavier in the morning when I weigh myself. Does one glass of juice really make that much of a difference? Any help would be appreciated!
