I plan to buy a jar of Nutella in May, whom has tried this spread before?

I love Nutella,,is a great spread,really chocolatey, but be careful it can be quite addictive!!!! If you happen to like it,then you want to eat it a lot! That is why I buy it only rarely, and I try not to have more than a slice of toast a day.Let's not forget what is made of,and the calories. Some of us have to watch it! I hope you will like it!

I think there is still a bottle in our cupboard! I remember buying this sometime ago as an alternative to peanut butter. And I think I couldn't get enough of it after the first week. I like it on toasted bread. A little sweet, but good and healthy if you get on with the taste. Maybe I'll have some again after dinner tonight!

Nutella is really a good spread, though its really a bit expensive than other peanut butter spreads.

hi cream oh I love good peanut butter but all brands are not the same. anyway Nutella is different a bit sweet but Ilove hazlenuts and chocolate too so it tastes good to me but I have to be sure my blood sugar is stable before eating a little of it as its sweet. loll it is a real taste treat though. and I did like it a lot.It is so much fun to occasionally try something new

I would avoid the stuff personally as it is loaded with sugar and other nasties from memory. It is popular with children here, but only because it is sugary and makes them hypo! I tried it years ago, but never really liked it myself. I was always a Vegemite person!

I love Nutella! It's not something I keep stocked in the house, but I do enjoy it. It's very good on toast and things like that. You'll enjoy it, I'm sure! :)

I have to know, why are you waiting till May to buy it?

I have seen it in the grocery store but I have never bought it. It is supposed to be good for you too...at least that's what the commercials say. It might be interesting to try it..lol...let us know what it's like.

I have tried Nutella before. I found the taste and look to be very unique and interesting. Its just the Nutella brand is much more sweeter than the regular peanut butter than I eat. So I don't need to have jam with the sandwich. But it is much more expensive compared to the regular peanut butter when I saw it at the local grocery store.

i have and i love it. it tastes nothing like peanut butter, as i hate that too. it is just chocolate spread with i little taste of nuts. the only thing i would advise is if you have kids dont give it to any under the age of 5 as they might be allergic to nuts and its dangerous.

Nutella is delicious but the only thing is that it is high in calories so i wouldnt eat to much of it. But i think you will like it since it tastes just like chocolate.

Hi, I live in Italy so I always have a jar of Nutella in my kitchen! Its taste is quite uncommon, some find it too sweet (I don't). It's not exactly like chocolate, it probably tastes more like hazelnut; anyway, the only way to get the idea is to try it. All I can tell you is that I have never tried anything like that in any other part of the world. Of course there are many imitations, but generally they are even sweeter than the original. I suggest you try it on a slice of bread (it's the most common way to eat it here in Italy - we call it "Pane e Nutella"). Or you could eat it plain (which is not suitable if you are on a diet, but perfect if you feel a bit sad!). Some like it on their ice cream or on top of strawberries. I would recommend melted chocolate in these cases, it's way better. Personally I find it great, so try it but be careful: if you like it, you won't be able to stop eating it anymore!

and yes nutella really taste good, my 5 yr old daughter loves it, after spreading nutella on the bread she put sprinkle on it. Sometimes she made chocolate bars, she put spoonful of nutella on a candy wrapper then she put in a freezer for a few minutes, and I do it too.

I tried Nutella the first time last year. It's very sweet. I like sweets but I'm not big on chocolate. I was over my friends house and she has some french bread and I had it on that.

Yes, Nutella is delicious. If you like chocolate and the flavor of hazlenut this is the spread for you. I am not a big fan of peanut butter either. They have two sizes so you might want to get the small one first but then if you really like it you will wish you had gotten the larger size. I love it!

Hello ms cream, I love this spread and its really tasty.But I don't usually use it as its really sweet.I used them every other day or twice a week. It's absolute heaven in a jar, seriously. It's great to have when you're craving chocolate with a hint of hazelnut. It taste lovely with some peanut butter imho or by itself. Go ahead and buy it, you'll thank yourself later.
