What's your favorite southern food??

I'm from the south and i love food. Just curious what everyone's favorite southern fried food is?? I love fried sweet potatoes and some fried chicken.

I havent been to the south so Im just going with what I have had and its fried chicken. My grandma use to make some awesome fried chicken. I hate to cook it myself, but fried chicken, mashed potatoes, nice salad, makes my mouth water.
