right to own property, right to life, etc. Human rights? Is that something just made up by humans? For now, I would think that it is just made up by man for self interest. What do you think? Why do humans think that they have rights?

Can you imagine this society without rights? As some other said, we're animals, and rights are some kind of a master. This world would be a mess without rights. Somebody could shoot you for saying something like this and that one won't go to the jail, can you imagine?

Humankind creates rights to make themselves as a group that is greater than any other creature on the face. But I do think that human is as vicious as any other animal out there when they are cornered.

In Canada, everyone has their own rights. We are all human and we are entitled to our own rights. I think that rights are for our own self, but we have them also for others. I believe in rights not just for myself, but for others as well.

Man are social animals, social animals are territorial, they have hierarchy , pecking orders, alpha males etc... since man learned to speak and write, they just i guess put what is already in them into writing and modified it to make laws to put order, to benefit the community and at times make it to gain advantage.

Since we are all human beings and we live in a society, be it civilized or uncivilized, we are subject to the laws made by the lawmakers,in this case the different governments of the different nations of the world. So that the society and the individuals who make up the society can live in safety and without fear, these lawmakers have instituted certain laws which can protect the individual from harm and more importantly make him aware of what he can do if the laws are broken. These laws are known as human right laws and every citizen of every country should be aware of these laws so that he can take any action in the court of law in case these laws are infringed causing harm to the society. Most persons in many countries, other than the developed nations are completely unaware of the human rights laws and therefore when some injustice is done to them they do not know what action to take. These laws on human rights give them information and also tell them what they can do so that they can avail of justice from the court of law.

hello, Yes, The right is made for the people and of course it is also made by a person. Either the benefit of this right is good or bad. We must know are right for us to be aware of what are the things we can fight for and at the same time we will know our limitations. This right cannot abuse by someone because there is a penalty for it. For me human right made because we need and we must, I mean because of this right we cannot abuse of what we have like for e.g we have the right to own property which mean our property cannot have by the government it is named for us and it is legally for us only. I hope I help you.
