How does someone fix something that they cannot see. Why is there not a set time on when a heart should be fixed? Just thoughts?

Hi,there!
Yes,broken hearts can be fixed,if you give it a chance. We can not see the wounds, but we can feel it.And with the right person,it will mend gradually even without your notice.Love and time will make you feel better eventually. There is no set time because it varies from person to person.Somebody won't find the one for a long time and as a result their wounds requires more time to be healed.Somebody was hurt too deep that only a lot of love and tenderness can mend the broken heart. As long as you keep the faith, you will find the right one in the end.And that's the time our broken hearts start to heal.
BTW,welcome to Mylot.Happy Mylotting!

I think there are just too many variable factors that go into each and every relationship that make each one very different and unique which makes the time for healing very different as well. Longer relationships usually take longer to heal from because those relationships were usually deeper. I think the only way to fix a broken heart is to keep yourself busy so you don't dwell on it. If you keep yourself busy, you are still meeting other people and I think the one thing that has helped me move on is being with someone else. It is the last thing you want to know, but I think that helps speed the process because you start seeing that you will be ok and that you will be with another person and that being with another person isn't so bad. I wish there was a formula, but there isn't yet!

hello,
Actually, when you are heart break you will wait for someone who can fix it? or someone who you think the love of your life? if you are engage in some broken relationship like e.g your girlfriend has been broke up to you and you cannot move on for it meaning you have a "broken heart" which your heart turn into pieces not literally okay?, meaning you are waiting for someone who you think can work it out or can fix your broken heart I mean which is ready to love you more than enough, which you will feel that she fill all that your previous girlfriend leaves you. okay?
it is really difficult to explain but I hope you learned.
good luck
