Then your problem is you eat too much. Just saying directly what I have learned. It may offend some folks but this is a reality check. If you are really obese or just clinically obese then you eat too much. You want to lose weight? Cut your calorie intake in half.

If fat is the problem of my health, I'll find the ways to solve it. I don't think I'm fat now.

There are many people who are not fat. But they still try to lose weight in order that they can wear fashion clothes. However, I don't love fashion much. So, I don't do the same.

I hope it I don't offend anyone on here. But there are actually a lot of reasons why people are obese, there are a lot of factors that affect weight loss. Eating too much is definitely one of the reasons, but sometimes one can only eat so much. Some people are lucky to have a fast metabolism, because of their genetic make up they are born with the body that processes food quicker. The internal chemical reactions in their body just deals with the food so much more quickly and burns off all the calories that have been taken in, so some people who keep eating don't ever seem to put on any weight. Where as some people they eat the bare minimum, and they just balloon. Normally, this is because of health problems, for example diabetes, thyroid problems, mobility problems – where people find it difficult to exercise or to even move around, and hence the weights just keeps piling on but of course they need to keep eating to sustain their daily needs. I knew someone who was severely diabetic, and they had multiple health problems, they were very overweight and the doctor kept advising on losing weight, and it got to the point where they were just having a bread roll each day. And of course this is not enough from normal person, and definitely not healthy just have a bread roll, nutritionally this is just terrible, but they were just worried about affecting their sugar levels and losing the weight quickly. But I know what you mean and where your coming from about some people eating too much, where some people shift control themselves and not it in excess and put on so much weight in the first place.

Water retention related health problems are not fat it is just water. By obese I mean a person has huge masses of body fat.
By eating too much I also mean that these obese people eat too much than what their body needs for their activity (metabolism).
These people most of the time have a relationship to food.
Most of the people who complain why they are fat just eat too much and that is the hard part.

That is what most people think and it is a myth. I am not talking about skinny people but people who are fat. It is true that metabolism is different for everyone.
Metabolism is not a good excuse for being fat because it can be increased by doing more activity it is not permanently low. It can be lowered by decreasing you activity.
Is metabolism to be blamed for the obese people in the world? Nope people just eat too much.
Do you eat more than your metabolism can handle? I don't think so, that is why you are not fat. If you think of those who have low metabolism, don't you think that they will eat too much for what they need for their daily activities?

Nope, not true. If they eat the same as you and they still become fat then that means they require less food than you which concludes that they eat too much.

hi,
if one person is fat,not because they eat too much but they sleep too much too,i have a cousin who already fat now because of sleeping to much,so if we control our self by eating too much,we still need to control our self by sleeping too much.so combine them to the best result you have.
