Disability

Well, here in the US depending on where you live, and the type of funding you can find there is a lot of help available for people with disabiities. The problem becomes though with people who once they get married and having issues and might need some help it being there. Many times that prevents a lot of people from being able to get help who really need it, and sometimes others who may not get stuff they really do not need as well. It is a complex situation.

My cousin and niece are one of them. I love them so much. I hate people who says theyre weird, funny,pitiful.. Instead of helping them to fulfill what these persons are lacking, they are mocking them. The government here in the philippines should provide more free learning centers and theraphy centers for them.

I do agree that there are a lot of disable people in this society. It is a good thing that the government of different countries in the world has set certain laws for them. They are no different from the normal people. Some of them even excel on their fields and you wouldn't believe how they can do it. My concern is preparing the society to the disabled. Many of us still doesn't know how to act or treat these people. Initial reaction is pity, which is natural. But we should treat them equally, this is another way to boost their morale. The government should prepare both, the society and the disabled. They are the privileged ones in hotels, public transportation and others. Which some do take advantage of. The society should understand their feelings and stand in life. You are right there should be schools for them, so they can adjust to the new world they'll be moving to. Just like the schools for the blind and deaf and mute.
