Rotator is more like TE, it is to show much site in one page or banners, links or whatever. You got it?

It is where you send the BANNER you are promoting (usually with your referral link) and then it will be displayed on their website RANDOMLY along with others who submitted banners. That's why it is called "rotator" because it rotates the banners submitted.

From my experience its a scam to get email addresses and that way you get more spam emails. I could be wrong. I would be very careful.
