Let Discuss ON HIV Virus /Aids which is Horrible disease....

Well This Time I am reading articles about HIV virus and the more I am reading , the more I am feeling scare that this is most horrible disease bcz It can not be cure and I had seen many pictures of Patients and Pictures are pathetic and it makes me disturb . Well I am thinking that now days Science is growthing day by day then why till Yet Doctors could not find good Treatment for this HIV virus . well I heard that Saliva in mouth can kill HIV virus but if It will enter in Body so Nothing can be done bcz it is smart virus and it is creating so many virus in body and destroy all major T cells and patient has to bear pain and pain. Well I want to ask question if Any one has HIV Virus and if he will check his Blood [normal blood check up] so will this infection or disease will show up in Report or if He wants to know that he is infected or not so he has to check up especially for HIV test ?
