Trapped in a dream?

I had a very bizarre dream. First everything was mixed up like I was driving to a friend then I was there and we started to build a house which was falling from the sky afterwards (nobody was in it :P) you know these kind of dreams I guess. But then a woman appeared and started to talk strange things (I cant remember what exactly) but I know that her eyes switched their color more and more to red. And then she started to strangle me and I wasn't able to escape but the strangest thing was that I wasn't able to wake up! I was so shocked! It's the second time I wasn't awaken from my dream. The first time I was falling down a very big mountain and I think everybody know this short dream of falling down and then you streak shortly before you hit the ground right? I was hitting the ground! I don't know why I dream this way now. Anybody experienced the same? Or somebody know how to stop it because its a really rotten feeling to dream like this! Thanks for any help or reviews!
