Hi there, I see that you stopped the recurring payments. So log in to your Paypal and not delay it any further and there should be a link that says either file a dispute and or request refund. Then it will ask for the transaction number and in this case you have two so you have to do two separate disputes. Once you enter it you place the reason and simply say unauthorized transactions. PayPal will do the rest in contacting the company. At which time they can either settle and refund you immediately or they can correspond with you right in PayPal. They cannot ignore this because them ignoring will get you the refund automatically after the dates they give them. Good luck friend and request the money back it is so worth doing this. Pay attention to your emails because there it will say what you need to do next if anything.

Luckily I have never heard of this site, and as it might not even be something legal, especially if you know nothing about them taking $$ out of your Paypal account like this, it might be something they never make anyone really aware of, and you should be reporting this to Paypal and see if you can get this stopped. Sometimes that does become an issue anymore with sites, etc. and it makes you wonder how they can continue to collect $$ like this without people really being aware. Sounds like somehow something I wish there was a way to Stop so it does not continue to happen to many others as well.

The simplest way is to go to your PayPal account and block any further payments to facebook members.com (or however it is shown on your PayPal page). I don't know what the application is or what it does or even if it is anything to do with Facebook. I searched for 'facebook members' and found someone supplying a Wordpress plugin by that name but that seems to be free. Whether or not you will be able to recover your money, I don't know. You could try contacting the owner of the application (whatever it is) or you could raise a dispute with PayPal.
