Any suggestion?

I am eager to lose fats and build a little muscle (Cause I don't wanna look like Batista LOL). Most suggest to exercise and weights, of course I'm doing it. but the thing is the food. I found a file which he listed his top 10 foods for muscle building and losing fats and there is this "Chicken Breast" which he said is a good source of Protein but he doesn't include a "how to cook" that chicken breast. So my question is.. How do I cook Chicken Breast without using oil, All I know is deep fry which is not good right? So any suggestion?? Thanks!! :)
