who is the most talented actor/actress in your opinion?

I used to watch western movies a lot. I like the stories and the scenes where the movies are made. And, to me , John Wayne is the most talented , very natural and just perfect fit to the stories. I very much enjoy watching John Wayne movies.

um maybe i am not very familiar with many names of hollywood famous celebrities,one i must name is James Anderew Mcavoy,a talanted scottish actor who have excellenct perfomance in many films like"becoming Jane"" the last king of scotland""atonement"and"wanted" so on...i love his vioce and expression in his eyes,he also challenges different roles .yes there are many other talented actor&actress like leonardo and kate winslet,i hope them be together in reality. they gave us a perfect interpretaton of deep and eternal love...nicolas cage is also wonderful and will Smith of course he is outstanding...

I looove Angela Basett. She is great and I love the strong roles she plays. She was Mrs. Jackson on the Jackson 5 movie, played Tina Turner in Whats Love got to do with it movie, etc. She is so dramatic and can just act her butt off. She's the best.

Hello misc11, In my opinion, Will Smith is the most talented actor. I like to watch The Pursuit of Happyness which Will Smith is the main actor in this movie. But of course Will Smith is versatile. He plays comedy, action and serious movie too.

Although she has passed away I always held much admiration for Vivien Leigh. She was the Scarlett in Gone With the Wind. Her other movies she did found less fame for her but I have made sure I watched them all. or at least I hope I have seen them all. She played various parts, but she had a certain flair about her that you knew her personality even for playing the different roles. Today I have to say the actress that holds my attention is Cate Blanchett. She was absolutely amazing in Elizabeth, and the 2nd one also. I just recently seen her play in the current Robin Hood. She plays all her parts with passion and a flair to remain true to each character she does. For fun my other two favorites are Jennifer Lopez and Jennifer Anniston. I love the comedies they can come out with.

I'd say Jack Nicholson and Leonardo DiCaprio. For newer actors, I'd say Heath Ledger had great talent and he would have done amazing things. I also like Tom Hanks, Saving Private Ryan and Philadelphia were superb. It's amazing how diverse actors are, while they each have their own personalities as well. I can't really picture anyone doing Forest Gump or the Kid as good as Tom Hanks, but I can't picture Tom Hanks doing the Joker. That seems a bit silly. But who knows, maybe I'll be proven wrong one day.
