I really love to travel but sometimes i can't bear the body pain because of somethings to carry. What should i do to ease my body pain? specially my shoulder.

I think that you could learn to travel light. This mean you need to carry less and then your shoulder won't hurt anymore. I traveled to Colombia on my last trip with my disabled son and my baby daughter. I put one bag on the bottom of the buggy and one bag on the top of the buggy. I think that you could carry a day pack on your back and a bag on wheels that is light to pull along. You need to write a list of your essentials so you know what you can't miss out. Good luck.

Yes its really tiring if you carry heavy things when you travel. I really don't want to carry heavy things now when i travel. But some of my relatives wants some souvenirs to bring with them..

I have had back surgery so I just DO NOT travel with a shoulder bag. I have a suitcase with wheels (just one), a belt for my money, passports and the like and even my handbag goes inside my suitcase until I reach my destination. Sometimes, When I will change seasons during the flight, I take a change of clothing in a light shoulderbag. But no shoes, nothing heavy.
I hope this helps. Take care.

I guess one of the things to do is to carry less luggage. If you're traveling by plane, bring one handbag and the other one and the luggage is sent to the luggage counter. It's hard to carry lots of things at the same time. Try to bring some ointment or whatever that could ease the pain with you. It helps. So enhoy traveling!
