Hi. alwaysdua. Welcome to myLot! I have seen people put "chillin", or "happy" as their facebook status. I guess that they are just trying to express just how they feel at the moment. When they are being vague about what they want to say, this is very irritating. My cousin put on her status last week, "I just don't know". Whatever in the world that means... I know that many people don't always want to say what is really on their minds, but if they are putting phrases or word hints up as their status, they mind as well say what they really mean.

1:00pm going to my car to go shopping
1:10pm driving now to go to the mall
1:20pm arrived at mall yey shopping!
1:40pm browsing (store name) for some clothes do (clothes style) suit me in red?

I think some people need constant attention from others, or at least constant validation that what they're doing is ok. So they post statuses about things that are completely trivial e.g climbing up the stairs, in the hope that someone will talk to them. Personally I only make about one status update a month!

I don't exactly know what you mean by this. Some people on networking sites tend to think they need to put an update in just because. I have seen people just write what they are thinking as their status. That is frustrating. I prefer that when I set a status update that it means something.
