which one do u prefer to read or watch out of these
manga? or live action drama?? or anime ???
personally as am lazy person i dont read much of manga. and since i kinda find acting weird of real person trying to emit comic character or expression so i prefer anime over live action drama.
do you have this taste as well or is it just me ????

I love all of them equally. Each of them are different in their own ways and fun in their own ways.

yea in deed true!!
things and situation are well informed in mangas
i guess the director in anime tends to cut some scenes just to adjust it for airing time O_O?

It's really hard for me too choose but most likely, I will watch all of the versions. I'd wanna start with which ever came first which is usually the manga, then the anime, then the live action.

hmm... it seems like most people tend to do the same
might be cause it is how it develops from manga to anime

yeah, that's true. I enjoy finding the differences between them. I like seeing what was changed and also what they kept. But I don't mind filler. I think filler lets the characters develop more.

Hello, s2daj_genx!
I guess I can say I'm the same as you to a certain degree. Thing is lots of anime series are teasers for the mangas so at one point I found myself reading those as well :D Also, because some of my favorite stories got serialized as dramas i watched a few of those as well. Take Hana Kimi for example. Great story, great characters...no anime ..yet. It's still a mystery why it didn't get one so far. Though it has 2 dramas made after the manga series which is known as one of the best ever!
I guess what i'm trying to say is...in time i got beyond the anime stream towards the manga and dramas and I don't regret it at all! Though my first love will always be the anime.
Speaking of which, what genres do you like?

I love all of them! But I guess I would go for the manga. Even though there are no sound effects and all that, the manga has the true form of the whole story. The anime sometimes have this tendency to not follow the manga. The manga is actually the true soul of the whole story because the manga artist is the one who visualized the whole thing! What I love about manga is that it is far more dramatic or joyful (depending on the scene) than the anime version. Real life action drama is also good though.

yea u r right, anime has a air time limit and guess they don't get chance to put everything in it. we were talking about it in previous conversation and yea like u say they do change some story or situation in anime than it was in original manga story.
one fun fact ab't reading manga is u r having visualization in ur mind, ur own animation !!

Of those three, I would say live action is my least favorite. I used to like anime over manga since you can actually see stuff moving whereas you have to imagine the events unfold when reading manga. Lately, however, I have not seen any new anime that catch my interest, so I've turned to reading manga. I found that I like the pacing of manga better than that of their anime counterparts.

most of the people who have had comment in this discussion has prefer to read manga but tend to like anime as well.
the reason they have provided is insufficient explanation in anime,
more of an edit in anime to mangaka's prospective and view of story.
in my view reading is fun but watching is more better

it was anime at first but then I really found manga more informative because both have something I like and hate and I didn't decide because when I can relate to it the deeper meaning pulls me oh I don't like the voices in anime it changes the atmosphere completely.

I think I'm on equal to all :P
I read manga because I want to see/know the details of the anime/series I'm watching. I like watching anime because I want to see how the scenes from the manga are animated. I watch live drama (but this depends on the actors and the series) because I want to see how they will portray each scenes. Live dramas gave some sort of a "realistic" feel since real, live people are acting in it.
In all, I like, read and watch all 3 for the sake of comparison XD I want to compare the differences of all 3 genre in one series/anime :)
