Have anyone invested into Ro2.Biz, a get paid to chat and socialize website?

I have joined this site because I got to know one of the moderator in this website and started chatting. I found that it also pays to click, exchange traffic and also paid to play game too. This is like an all-in-one website and seems good in its web traffic. I found one of the tab that states to be a co-owner of this website. The minimum amount to invest is $200 and you would get 4% of the revenue monthly for 12 months. I have spoken with one of the owner and was assured that this site is lucrative and is legit. Payment on investment will be made duly to me monthly. Hence, I told him I will think carefully about it. So I made searches around the web and I found that there are people who had invested got themselves banned. Well, they may had done something wrong but there is nothing specific being posted elsewhere on the Internet. That is why, I had posted here in MyLot hoping there are people who could shed light on whether the investment into this business based in Romania is feasible and advisable. Cheers.
