Forex Trading - Anyone into it ?

Hello friends this is checkmail and recently got some info about forex, also its claims and also its warning trade what you afford to lose. Does this makes any sense to us, myself am having knowledge of markets and its up and down as been an regular news reader.
Wana know whats your view about forex, as most of the PTC and etc site owners are into trading forex rather than advertising extensively.

I do forex time to time. I have account on Oanda. Its good company with low spreds and low ($ 10.00) starting balance. What I learned so far, is that I have to use very low leverage (1:10) because when market rallies, its very easy to loose all money. On low leverages such possibility reduces.

I have heard of Forex and would love to know more about it. I am not a risk taker. I have to be proven things before I would gamble with any of my money.
