I love watching movies, especially comedy movies. However, I do not know any good ones, and I want your help to give me some recommendations for movies. They can be any rating, the only restriction is they must be funny. If you could, please also give me a brief summary of the plot of the movie. I really love watching movies, and comedy is definitely my favorite genre. Here is a list of comedy movies I watched and enjoyed so you can get something to base your recommendations off of:
Rush Hour
Shaun of the Dead
The Hangover
American Pie

Hi lam1995!
I recommend that you watch 17 AGAIN. It was starred by Zac Efron. The movie is funny and at the same time inspiring. It would make you realize the worth of time, of the things and people around you.

I don't like much of the movies you listed above , little did I watch comedies . Dumb and dumber 1994 Jim Carrey & Jeef Daniels I think this is the only one I got ,dumb enough to make you laugh through the movie .

Thank you for the response. I have not seen Dumb and Dumber, and I will be sure to check the movie out. I always liked Jim Carrey's movies. They are very funny and entertaining. Especially his earlier films. It is a shame you did not like the movies I listed, I think they were pretty funny.

I like a comedy movie called Mrs. Doubtfire. It is a funny movie but there are also some touching parts. It is not a new movie, because I watched it when I was in the college. It is still an impressive movie for me until now. It does make me laugh whenever I watch it again.
I love China

Thank you for the response. I will be sure to try to check out the movie. It sounds pretty good. I love a good, funny movie that can be sensitive at times. I have not really seen many good movies in a while because most movies nowadays are just made for the sake of being made. Nobody ever wants to make a movie that actually does what a movie is supposed to do - entertain people. People now have to rely on special effects and 3D in order for people to go.

Thank you for the recommendations. I have seen the second and third American Pie movies, but never got around to seeing the first. Since the two American Pie movies I have seen were hilarious, I will be sure to check the first one out as well. I will also check out the Easy A movie. It sounds pretty interesting and worth checking out.

Thank you for the response, I will definitely check them all out. I love Jim Carrey's movies, so I will look forward to this movie. I have already seen Forrest Gump before, but it was a great movie so I will probably go watch it again. I have never seen Water Boy, but it sounds like it would be a sports comedy movie, which is also great. I will also check the others out too.

Thank you for your recommendation. I have seen The Hangover, and I think it is a very hilarious movie. The second movie, The Hangover Part 2, is not released yet, I think. I will likely go and see it when it comes out though since the first one was great. Date Due and Cop Out I have never seen, but I will be sure to check them out.

I love comedy movies!! I can help you out with some great new titles, Im not sure on your tastes exactly but i love the hangover so i think i can suggest a few that will get you giggling! Get him to the Greek starring Russel Brand, Due Date, just go with it - Adam Sandler. How high, half baked, mall cop. That should keep you watching for awhile they are all worth a laugh or ten. enjoy. WE share a profile picture i must add.
