What do you think about wii fit/ wii fit plus?

I think that as a game it's pretty good, but for weight loss it needs to be used in conjuction with other activities. If you're thinking of buying it this article is a review of it http://gameolosophy.com/consoles/wii/is-wii-fit-really-any-good/

I have wii fit, I've been debating buying wii fit plus for a while since there's new activities and it tells you the calories you've burnt. Do you have it? Is it good?

Yes I have it and I do find it's quite a handy tool for weight loss/keeping fit. It doesn't do everything, and I much prefer going out for an actual jog, but for what it is it's very good, and seems to be accurate with its calorie counting.

Thanks for the feedback. I've been trying to get a bit fitter before I try jogging - I am hopeless at running - so I've been walking, cycling and trying to do exercise at home. I may just give Wii Fit Plus a go :)

I have both, and have found them to be useful, although, as you say, you need to add in something else to really lose a lot of weight. I lost about 12 pounds just doing the wii fit exercises (and modifying my diet). You have to force yourself to work hard at the exercises or it is really just a game. I also think wii sports--the tennis and the boxing especially--can provide a good workout!
