Junk Food Addicted

We're all know that junk food is the real enemy of healthy life. If you're a junk food addicted, in long therm, any disease will close to you. I like junkfood, but after I read a lot about the impact of it, I try to avoid it. Now, I better cook by my self than have a junk food. Junk food, I will consume it at least one in month, that's a pretty good for ex junk food addicted, right? I just want to be more healthy as longer as I can

It's good that you're thinking of your health in a long run. But as for me, I love junk food and seem to be eating it twice a week. It's so yummy but unhealthy too. I wish healthy stuffs were as yummy too :(

Yep I love fruits and eat it quite a lot but vegetables, not so much. ANyway thanks, I'll try to balance my food.

I hope you make it balance with consume enough fruit and vegetable. That's pretty good to you. Hmmm.... you can make every healthy stuffs yummy if you want it :-)

I admit I am a junk food addict too. Even though I know that junk food is not healthy, but still I always crave to eat it. Last two months ago I started eating at least once a month of any junk food that I love. But this month I just broke my own rules, I've eaten maybe thrice or five times already and its not yet end of the month. How I wish I could control myself. I know that it's bad for my health but still am eating it.

Hi, xuyxuy... it's not easy to controll our habit since we've doing it frequently. doing it slowly.. but give you strong influence, don't forget to make it balance with consume fruit and vegetable regularly

i think it`s better for us to prefer choose pisang goreng and ubi goreng than eat hamburger and steak...:)

Junk food refers to fast foods which are simple to make and effortless to consume. They are zero in dietary value .They have only fats lying in it causing in poor health effects on the health of the consumer. The taste is the most striking feature in junk foods. But is there at least little use of junk food to our body and health. Junk food addiction is so high because of its plainness. They are easy to arrange and are very tasty. Junk foods such as potato wafers and Cheetos do not even need cooking or heating. You rather eat them when you watch TV. You save yourself a lot of disturb and time when you are in a hurry eating pizzas and burgers as they are served at your door step hot and ready to eat.

Well, I'm not a doctor, but I think that it's not eating junk food once in a month that kills you; problems may arise if you eat junk food daily or too frequently. I rarely go to McDonald's (like once every 2-3 months) and I've never had any problem. If you like hamburgers, though, why not making them at home? They're healtier, that's for sure, and you can pick your own ingredients to make the perfect hamburger. You've made the right choice - better avoid junk food if we can, or we'll end up with serious health issues.

hi blacks94, sometimes getting hard to get 100% free from junk food, but I also agree with you, If we can limited our consumption of junkfood 2 - 3 months, we won't get a health problem. Now, I hae the reason learning how to make a hamburger or pizza by my self, hahahaha :-)

I also love eating junk food but I know its long time risks. I love eating junk food and I think it's just okay to eat junk food if we eat in moderation. I think it's boring if the only thing we eat in our lives are just healthy food. It's nice to eat junk food every once in a while. I believe there's still some nutrients in some junk food.

junk food in normal consumption will not disturb your healthy, but if routine consumetion, I'm afraid it will bring bad impact.I agree that sometime healthy food is boring

Junk food is sometimes quite addictive to me. When I eat some junk food that makes me feel bad, I stop eating it for a long time until some day I miss it and eat it again because of addiction to it. I am trying not to eat as much, but once in a while. Thanks for the discussion.

We're on the same boat. Nowadays, I try not to eat as much junk foods as I can because I learned that it could gain us more weight. I started moderating my junk food intake last year and there was a drastic change in my weight that is why I feel much happier and fit than last time.

i love eating junk food...sometimes after having it i feel not to have any nutritious food after it... as i heard with many of my teachers saying not to consume junk food but i really don't care and i still prefer having it once in a day..
